For Coaches

Coaches,

Express VC hopes to create the best atmosphere for you as you guide our players.  You have three essential duties:

1.  Treat our players as you'd want your child to be treated.

2.  Coach "like a surgeon" (Click to read related article).   Use current methods, stay up-to-date, and accept failure as a part of the job.

3.  Delegate non-coaching duties to team managers so you can focus on coaching.

It is highly recommended that you use TeamLinkt to this end.

While we cannot accommodate every request, we are certainly open to suggestions if it will help our players.  Feel free to contact us.
